Maura's comments are quite on point and timely, considering that there have been too many of these bizarre men-only tables of contents appearing lately (that recent Mammoth SF book also comes to mind). Also, FYI, I'll mention that Maura McHugh's fine short story "Empty Mind Came Back With the Pearl" is due out in issue 9 of my zine (M-Brane SF) in a couple days. Glad to see this highlighted here.
